Artist Statement

I have lived my life as a nomad, a wanderer devoted to the eternal truth. My aim has always been to highlight social and political structures and boundaries, through observations. My medium spreads across various methods such as performance, video art, photography, installation and movies.

Art is the documentation of what the self experiences either emotional or mental therefore in my works I try to reconstruct the situation for the audience to reflect on them.

All experiences have an impact no matter how big or small they are. Going fishing, playing poker, working as a civil engineer, working in the circus, trying all kinds of substances, interior design, traveling, all this lead me to believe that only through experience real knowledge can be acquired.

From there I moved into studying philosophy in Varanasi University in India, which I eventually dropped because I believed it was just a mind fuck, and then I decided to study art where I started to play with the ingredients of my experiences to recreate the situations in art. Art is sharing these experiences and reconstructing situations for myself and others to indulge in.

My artworks never give solutions, they have no starting point and no end but are in tune with the repetitive mechanism of the universe.

It is as it is.
